Fancy dog collars are wagging tails and pocketbooks....
The pet industry is thriving. Even in a tough economy people still spoil their pets. In 2007, Americans spent 41 billion on their pets. In 2009, they will spend an estimated 45.4 billion. "They may not be buying as many clothes for their dogs as they did they did in the past few years, but fashion collars are hot", said by an online dog business retailer in Virginia.
